How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 3-6 weeks depending on your location. Preparation before shipment takes around 2-3 days (refund can be permitted within 24 hours after purchase as it is in this period) and the table below shows estimated delivery periods for some destinations:

It is to be understood that the company does not hold control over delivery, packages are to be proceeded through normal post system including customs for some cases and some delay during high seasons such as Christmas or New Year due to high level delivery traffic.

Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Will I be charged duty or import fees?

All prices listed on the website are pre-tax and pre-import fees. We artificially mark down our product cost and label it on certain orders to lower the tax burden for our customers

For US Customers: orders under the value of $800 should not be charged additional duty, taxes, or fees.

For other International Customers: please refer to your own country's policies in regards to importing tax and duty.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.
